Covid 19 Vaccination and its centers in India are the need of an hour. Covid 19 cases are growing at a rapid pace both in India and many countries globally. Indian Government is also doing its best in supplying vaccination all over India. India uses Covishield and coaxing vaccines. The only way to get rid of this second wave of covid 19 efficiently is to take vaccination and other precautions in a serious manner. Now, you might have a question is there any vaccination center near me? Whether appointment is required to take vaccination? Let’s see the answers to those questions in this article.
Is an appointment required for Covid 19 Vaccination?
Generally Covid 19 vaccination will be done in respective centers even without an appointment. However, in some centers vaccines might be limited and an appointment with you might have a slight advantage over others.
How to find a vaccination center near you(India)?
To find the vaccination centers near you just head on to https://www.cowin.gov.in/home you can just enter your desired location and you will receive the centers with maximum vaccine counts on that center.
How to get appointment for vaccination?
1) with your Arogya Setu pre existing account
2) by registering with your mobile number via OTP method
3) with your UMANG account
➤ Now registration process is completed, the next is to get the vaccination appointment. After the registration, there will be an ‘add more’ toggle on the screen. Click that and give an Id proof of yours. You can choose Aadhaar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, or pension passbook. My advice is to choose an Aadhaar card in which you just have to provide your Aadhaar number and your birth year.
➤ After that, you have to give your Pincode of your location and the vaccination centers will be shown in the given location. Note that if you didn’t find any centers on your location try the Pincode of any other reachable location near you so that you can find them easily.
➤ The system will show whether the center is charging you for the vaccine or not. If the center is chargeable there will be a special green bar with the word ‘Paid’.
➤ Click the date and time slot after that and that’s it you’ll receive a successful message and you can download your appointment in pdf format on the site itself.
As of now people with age of 45 or above only are allowed to make appointment to take vaccination in India.
That’s it guys the process is damm simple. Do follow the methods and get vaccinated as soon as possible. Stay safe! Stay Healthy!
