iQOO Z7 Pro 5G launched in India: Price, specifications and features

iQOO, a sub-brand of Vivo, has launched its latest smartphone in India, the iQOO Z7 Pro 5G. The phone is a mid-range device that offers a 120Hz AMOLED display, a MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC, a 64MP OIS camera and a 4600mAh battery with 66W fast charging.

The phone is priced at Rs. 23,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and Rs. 24,999 for the 8GB + 256GB model. It will be available exclusively on Amazon India and iQOO.com from September 5th.

iQOO Z7 Pro – Display and performance

The iQOO Z7 Pro 5G features a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also supports HDR10+, up to 1300 nits brightness and an in-display fingerprint sensor.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 SoC, which is a 4nm octa-core processor with two Cortex-A715 cores clocked at 2.8GHz and six Cortex-A510 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. The phone also has a Mali-G610 MC4 GPU, up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS2.2 storage.

Camera and battery

The iQOO Z7 Pro 5G sports a dual rear camera setup, which consists of a 64MP primary camera with Samsung GW3 sensor, OIS, f/1.79 aperture and an LED flash in the shape of a ring. The secondary camera is a 2MP depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The phone also has a 16MP front camera with f/2.45 aperture for selfies and video calls. The phone packs a 4600mAh battery that supports 66W FlashCharge fast charging technology, which can charge the phone from zero to 50% in just 22 minutes.

Software and connectivity

The iQOO Z7 Pro 5G runs on Android 13 with FuntouchOS13 custom skin on top. The phone offers various features such as App Retainer, Hidden Photos, UI Color, iManager, Phone Cooling, Monochrome Icon and AQI Card. The phone also supports Wi-Fi6, Bluetooth5.3, GPS (L1 + L5), USB Type-C port and dual-SIM (nano + nano) slots with support for both SA/NSA bands of 5G.
