Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and Warzone 2.0: All you need to know so far

Activision made all of the information regarding the upcoming games Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 available to the public during the most recent showcase for Call of Duty Next. Both single-player and multiplayer modes will be available in the upcoming Modern Warfare 2 video game. Warzone 2.0, meanwhile, features a brand-new terrain, vehicles, and arsenal of weapons.

Swimming and hiding while underwater will be included in both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0. These features will add an entirely new dimension of movement to the games. Activision is also launching the beta for Modern Warfare 2, which will give players the opportunity to test out a significant amount of the game’s newly added content before the game’s official release.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II

The launch of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II will take place on October 28 and will include a new Campaign as well as the return of the Special Ops mode. In addition to these, there will be a brand-new cooperative mode called Raids that will involve typical Call of Duty action as well as the solving of puzzles. In addition to supporting the third-person perspective, the upcoming Modern Warfare 2 video game will include brand new multiplayer game modes such as Knockout, Prisoner Rescue, and Invasion (Ground War). PlayStation players have early and unrestricted access to the newly added Operator Hiro “Oni” Watanabe.

In both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0, you will soon have the ability to swim, to conceal yourself underwater, and to ride vehicles through water. The player now has additional ways to move throughout the game, such as sliding or diving onto the ground, in addition to hanging from ledges. In addition to these, Modern Warfare 2 will include new battlefield upgrades and tactical equipment such as an inflatable decoy, perk packages, a shock stick, drill charge, DDoS, and a tactical camera. The game also brings back the Gunsmith feature, which enables players to personalise their weapons by attaching a variety of accessories.

Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0

On November 16, Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 will go live, and players won’t have to pay a dime to participate. This new map, which will be included in the game and given the name Al Mazrah, will be the most expansive Warzone map ever created. More than a dozen new vehicles will be available in Warzone 2.0. These new vehicles will include tactical vehicles, light tanks, UTVs, rigid inflatable boats, heavy choppers, and more.

The game will also feature AI combatants and strongholds spread out across the map; however, interacting with these elements will be completely optional. You can avoid being pursued by these adversaries if you simply ignore them. A brand-new game mode known as DMZ is going to be added to Warzone 2.0 in a future update. Aside from these, the majority of the game mechanics that make up Warzone 2.0 are virtually identical to those found in the original game.
