Infinix put the Infinix Hot 12 Play smartphone on the market in India in May. The company is about to release the Infinix Hot 12 Pro, which is another device in the Hot 12 series, in the country. Before the launch, an Infinix Hot 12 Pro microsite has gone live on the e-commerce site Flipkart. It says that the phone will be released in India on August 2, which is tomorrow.
The launch microsite also shows how the new Infinix phone will look and confirms some important facts. The Infinix Hot 12 Pro will have a 90Hz screen and a 5000mAh battery that can be charged quickly with an 18W charger. Let’s look at the Infinix Hot 12 Pro in more depth.
Design, specs, and features of the Infinix Hot 12 Pro
In the teaser photos, the phone is shown in a green color. We can expect that the brand will also release it in other colors. The camera module will be in the top left corner of the device’s back panel, which will also have room for a fingerprint scanner. The phone’s power button and volume rocker will be on the right side. On the other hand, the bottom edge will have the 3.5mm audio jack and the charging port.
The Infinix Hot 12 Pro will have a 6.6-inch screen with a 90Hz refresh rate, a waterdrop notch, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. The phone will come with as much as 8GB of RAM and as much as 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The Infinix Hot 12 Pro will have two cameras on the back, one of which will be a 50MP camera with an f/1.6 aperture.
The phone’s price hasn’t been announced yet, but we think the Infinix Hot 12 Pro will be just under Rs 10,000.
A 5,000mAh battery will be included with the Infinix Hot 12 Pro. It has been confirmed that 18W fast charging will work. Infinix has also said that the next phone in its Hot series will use a Type-C port for charging and transferring data.
