Moto G62 with 5G connectivity launched in India

The Moto G62 smartphone has been made available in India by Motorola India. The Moto G62 5G, which was announced in the nation on Thursday, is the sixth smartphone in the Moto G series to be introduced there just this year. The Moto G32, which was unveiled in India a few days ago, was released shortly after the launch. The Moto G62’s specifications and price in India have been made public. The phone’s availability of 5G connectivity is one of its standout characteristics.

The Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC, which will provide 12 bands of 5G connectivity in India, powers the gadget. Two RAM and storage configurations will be coupled with this: 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB. The 6.5-inch full HD+ display up front has a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240 Hz.

A triple camera module with a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide and depth camera, and a 2MP macro camera is located on the back. A 16MP selfie camera is located on the front, set within a drill hole slot that faces the screen’s centre.

A 5,000mAh battery will also power the smartphone, which will run an almost stock version of Android 12. Additionally, the phone will have an IP52 durability rating and a fingerprint reader on the side. The speakers can offer stereo audio that is Dolby Atmos certified.

  • The 6GB RAM and 128GB storage and 8GB RAM and 128GB storage versions of the Moto G62 are available for Rs 17,999 and Rs 19,999, respectively.
  • Up to Rs 1,750 off on eligible HDFC Bank credit cards and perks worth up to Rs 5,049 — including a Zee5 voucher worth Rs 549 and a Myntra voucher worth Rs 500 — are available as part of discount offers on the smartphone for both current and potential Reliance Jio customers.
  • Beginning on August 19 at 12 p.m., the smartphone will be sold by Flipkart and other offline shops.
