realme Pad X with Snapdragon 695 SoC, large 11″ 2K display launched

Today saw the launch of the Realme Pad X in India after its May debut in China. The Indian version, however, has 5G connectivity and a feature called Limelight that is comparable to Apple’s Center Stage and is compatible with Google Duo, Google Meet, and Zoom right now.

The Snapdragon 695 SoC, 10.95″ WUXGA+ screen, and 8,340 mAh battery with 33W wired charging are all included in the rest of the specifications of the Indian Pad X, which are identical to those of its Chinese cousin. The cell can be used as a power bank for other devices because it also enables reverse wired charging.

realme Pad X Features:

The Realme Pad X is the first Realme tablet to offer Multi-Screen Collaboration, which enables smartphone users to cast their phones’ screens to the Pad X for copying text and exchanging data. The Realme Pad X ships with Realme UI 3.0 for Pad. Realme GT 2 Pro, GT Neo 2, GT Neo 3, GT Neo 3T, and GT Master Edition are the only devices that presently support this feature; however, Realme has pledged to expand the list.

The rear of the 5G tablet houses a single 13MP primary camera that can be utilized for taking photographs and movies as well as text transcription using the Text Scanner feature. The slate has an 8MP camera with a 105° field of view up front.

A USB-C port, DC Dimming, and quad speakers with Hi-Res Audio and Dolby Atmos support round out the Realme Pad X’s other standout features.

The Realme Pad X is only available in Glacier Blue and Glowing Grey hues in India, and Realme informed us that it has no plans to export the stylish green color variant to its biggest market.

Realme also unveiled the Realme Pencil and Realme Smart Keyboard in India in addition to the Pad X. With 1.3mm key travel and a 280 mAh battery, the Realme Smart Keyboard is marketed to provide up to 112 hours of nonstop typing. It is coupled with the Pad X through Bluetooth and is constructed of skin-friendly PU material.

In contrast, the Realme Pencil is composed of polycarbonate and weighs 16.5 grams. It boasts a 240Hz touch sampling rate and a 4,096-level pressure sensitivity. The stylus has a battery life of up to 10.6 hours and allows for 60° tilt writing.

Additionally, you may use magnetic wireless charging to take power from the Realme Pad X when you wish to charge the Pencil by just attaching it to the tablet. According to Realme, the Pencil may be charged for one minute and used for up to 25 minutes.

Concepts, Painter, Huion Sketch, Artflow, Bambook Paper, MyScript Calculator, INKredible, and Google Keep Notes are just a few of the paint and note-taking apps that Realme has pre-installed on the Pad X that are compatible with the Realme Pencil.

realme Pad X Price in India:

In India, there are Wi-Fi-only and 5G variants of the Realme Pad X. The Wi-Fi-only model costs INR17,999 and includes 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Two memory configurations are available for the 5G variant: 4GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB, each costing INR25,999 and INR27,999, respectively. All models, however, will be eligible for a temporary discount of INR2,000 if paid for using an SBI or HDFC Bank card.

Realme’s Smart Keyboard and Realme Pencil are offered separately. The cost of the keyboard is INR4,999, while the cost of the stylus is INR5,499.

On August 1 at noon local time, Flipkart, realme.com, and mainstream channels will begin selling the Realme Pad X. Realme hasn’t provided a release date for the Realme Pencil and Smart Keyboard’s sales on Flipkart and Realme.com.
