The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L, a smart kitchen gadget with a wide temperature range for multi-functional cooking, more than 50 smart recipes, and voice control supported by Google Assistant, was officially unveiled on Tuesday in India by Xiaomi.

The Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L, claims the company, The air fryer provides users with a smart cooking experience thanks to its special built-in features, which include a wide temperature range for multifunctional cooking, the ability to schedule meals up to 24 hours in advance, an OLED display for convenient monitoring, temperature and timing control, and 50+ simple recipes on the Mi Home App.
The 1500W heating power used by the Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L enables rapid temperature to rise and more even heat distribution inside the air fryer, cutting down on cooking time and promoting a quicker, healthier, and more convenient way of living.
The manufacturer claimed that in addition to a continuous operation time of 24 hours, it also offers adjustable temperature between 40 and 200 degrees Celsius. The dual-speed motor’s low rotating speed is automatically coupled with the low temperatures for gradual temperature rise.
Additionally, the Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L opens up countless cooking options, such as yogurt fermentation or food dehydration, and enables customers to flexible schedule their meals up to 24 hours in advance. The Smart Air Fryer can defrost frozen foods, baked products, dried fruits, and fermented vegetables thanks to the dual-speed fan arrangement.

According to the brand, the Xiaomi Smart Air Fryer 3.5L will go on sale for Rs 9,999 on 18 August 2022 on Mi.com, Mi Homes, Amazon, and in-person. From August 9 to August 15, 2022, it will be exclusively offered on Mi.com at a pre-order discount of INR 2000, making the actual price Rs 7,999.
