ASUS is gearing up for the launch of its next generation gaming phone under its ROG (Republic of Gamers) series, called the ASUS ROD Phone 6. Most of the details on the smartphone have already been leaked, and a new leak from 91mobiles shows us some cool accessories that are coming along the device. The device’s look has also been refreshed and fine-tuned compared to its predecessor. ROG Phone 6, which is slated to go on sale on July 5th.
ASUS ROG Phone 6 Looks and Specifications:Â
A post on the website of China’s official state telecom regulator last Friday showed off many of the phone’s features, such as its 6.78-inch AMOLED screen and fast 165Hz screen refresh rate. And we already knew that the device would be powered by Qualcomm’s newest flagship SoC, the Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. The ROG Phone 6 also has up to 18GB of LPDDR5 RAM, a 5850mAh battery, and 65-watt wired charging. When it comes out, this will make it one of the best phones on the market.
Asus will give you its newest snap-on fan, the AeroActive Cooler 6, to keep your hands from getting too hot when you use all that hardware for a long time. Also shown here is the Devilcase Guardian Lite Plus. It has a big hole for the back cameras of the phone, which have 64 megapixels and 5x optical zoom. We still don’t know how much these add-ons or the phone itself will cost, but we should know in about a week.
