OnePlus has previously stated that a Nord smartwatch will be released in India soon. With a recent teaser, the company has officially confirmed this news after several leaks.
The OnePlus Nord Watch will be available soon!
OnePlus has teased the new OnePlus NORD Watch on Twitter. The smartwatch will be available in India alongside the Nord smartphones and Nord TWS. A watch with a square dial and curved edges is shown in the teaser image. This will be distinct from the rounded OnePlus Watch that was introduced last year. The company also has a dedicated page for the Nord Watch on its website, implying that more information will be revealed in the coming days. The OnePlus Nord Watch is set to be unveiled on September 28, which means it could be available by the end of the month. The exact launch date, however, is unknown.
There isn’t much information available about what to expect. However, we can anticipate the smartwatch to include health features such as a SpO2 monitor, a heart rate sensor, a sleep tracker, and more. It is also expected to be able to track activities, steps, calories, and much more. The watch was previously spotted on the OnePlus website.
The OnePlus Nord Watch is also expected to be a low-cost offering (under Rs 10,000) to compete with Xiaomi, Realme, Dizo, Noise, and other smartwatch brands in India.
