Recently, OPPO announced its operating system, ColorOS 13, for all OPPO users globally. ColorOS 13 adds a number of new features for smart connections between multiple devices to help users be more productive.
OPPO ColorOS 13: Productivity Features
1) Always-on display for Multi-tasking
The Smart Always-On Display in ColorOS 13 may now display music and food delivery app information, giving users faster access to information and easier control over music playback and other tasks. OPPO teamed with Bitmoji, Spotify, Swiggy, and Zomato to offer localised customization. OPPO has introduced this feature to help users with digital clutter.
OPPO’s industry-leading LTPO2.0 technology reduces the Always-On Display refresh rate to 1 hertz to save 30% power. Large Folders, Shelves, and Home Screen Widgets are further smart home screen management tools that assist users in efficiently accessing information.

2) Multi-screen connect
ColorOS 13 improves multi-device support. Multi-Screen Connect enables seamless connectivity between OPPO smartphones, the OPPO Pad Air, and PCs, boosting productivity and easing file sharing without regard for hardware limitations. Multi-Screen Connect allows smartphone users to display multiple mobile apps on a PC.

3) Meeting Assistant
After the COVID-19 epidemic, OPPO developed the first smartphone Meeting Assistant. The meeting assistant can prioritise wireless data to improve online calls. It simplifies banner notifications so they don’t get in the way and lets users add a shortcut to OPPO Notes to take meeting notes in a pop-up window.

4) Dynamic Computing Engine
This is OPPO’s new system-level technical solution, created in-house to improve the user experience. The engine improves ColorOS 13’s battery life and background app support. OPPO’s Dynamic Computing Engine balances high performance and low power usage to increase battery life. It also keeps more apps alive in the background, allowing for lag-free switching between apps.

5) Design for Tranquillity
OPPO’s new Aquamorphic Design on ColorOS 13 creates a vivid and inclusive UI. ColorOS 13 has a new theme palette inspired by sunrise and sunset at sea level and a new system font that increases reading in any language. ColorOS 13’s aquamorphic design and card-styled layout create a seamless visual experience.

ColorOS 13: Roll Out
Soon, users can experience these upgrades. OPPO expects to upgrade 35 smartphone models this year, reaching 160 million consumers in 60 countries. The OPPO Reno8 Pro 5G will get ColorOS 13 in September and the Reno8 5G in October. To learn more about ColorOS 13 – Visit here.
