Redmi Note 12 Series to feature 200MP Samsung sensor, Dimensity 1080 chipset

We anticipate at least three models to be released at the Redmi Note 12 series event, which Xiaomi confirmed will take place on Thursday, October 27 at 7 PM Beijing time. The Redmi Note 12 series, which is expected to include the Note 12, Note 12 Pro, and Note 12 Pro+, will launch with MediaTek’s Dimensity 1080 processor.

All About upcoming Redmi Note 12 Series:

Samsung’s brand-new 200 MP ISOCELL HPX sensor, which was just launched a few days ago, will make its debut on the Redmi Note 12 Pro+. 16-to-1 pixel binning, QPD autofocus, and a 1/1.4-inch sensor size are all features of the ISOCELL HPX. The default setting for photographs is 12.5 MP with a 2.24 m pitch, but you can also take 50 MP photos with 1.12 m pixels and even 200 MP photos with 0.56 m pixels.

The sensor also offers 14-bit colour depth, staggered HDR, and 8K and 4K video recording at 30 and 120 frames per second, respectively. It’s uncertain whether Xiaomi will make full use of the smartphone’s sensor. A curved AMOLED screen is also anticipated for the Pro+ handset. The Note series phone will include a curved screen for the first time.

In a second ad, Xiaomi further stated that the Redmi Note 12 Pro will come with a 50MPSony IMX766 primary sensor. This sensor, which measures 1/1.56″, can record images with up to 2 m fusion pixels.

A Xiaomi Book Air 13 launch event is anticipated for Thursday. The side profile of this device is incredibly thin, and it appears to be an ultraportable notebook with at least one USB-C connection.

We should learn more about the laptop and the rest of the Redmi Note 12 lineup with only two days till the big launch event.
