The Galaxy S22 series (Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra) will be the first devices to support One UI 5 open beta in the United States, Germany, and South Korea. Releases in additional countries are scheduled for the coming months. As part of Samsung’s ongoing commitment to providing the most up-to-date mobile experiences to as many users as possible, One UI 5 introduces a variety of new customization, security, and accessibility features.

How to sign up for the One UI 5 Beta Program?

Owners of Samsung Galaxy S23 series devices can access the One UI 5 Beta Program in the United States, Germany, and South Korea, with releases in additional countries scheduled for the upcoming months. You can download the Samsung Members app to sign up for the beta program. The beta roll out for the Galaxy Note series and A series phones should happen soon.

One UI 5 Features: More customization tools

Users can now further customize their smartphone experiences with the One UI 5 update, which also adds more colour options for a more personalized appearance. Users can now choose from 12 additional colour options for their home screens, icons, and quick panels in addition to up to 16 pre-set colour themes based on their wallpaper to create a look and feel that suits their preferences.

By stacking widgets of the same size on a single location, users can further customize their home screens, saving space and giving them a neater, more organized appearance.

In order to keep users’ attention on what is crucial, One UI 5 also introduces a simpler method for customizing notifications across applications. Users now have an easier time blocking notifications from specific apps, so they only see what is important to them thanks to new controls.

One UI 5 Features: Enhanced Language and Sound Settings

With reorganized menus that offer quick access to all ringtone volumes and vibration intensities, One UI 5 streamlines the process of changing sound and vibration settings. Users of the Galaxy can now customize their preferred language for each of their various apps. Users can quickly choose the language that will be used for each app in Settings, regardless of whether they are multilingual or are just learning a new language.

More One UI 5 Features:

With a new icon in Pro and Pro Video mode that provides helpful advice on how to use the various lenses, features, and controls, users can more easily capture high-quality photos and video. Additionally, a more responsive zoom bar allows for quicker close-ups and makes it simpler to focus with just one hand.

One UI 5 introduces a new dashboard that allows users to check the security status of their phone, identify any security flaws, and offer solutions.

Additionally, the update adds more accessibility options to make it simpler for users to use their devices. Users can improve their viewing and reading on their devices with the Magnifier feature, and various spoken assistance features, like speaking keyboard input and audio descriptions of videos, make using their devices easier.

That’s not all, either. Throughout the Beta program, additional intriguing brand-new features will be added to provide you with the best experience possible.
