Motorola’s upcoming Moto X30 Pro flagship smartphone has been teased online for some time, as the teaser suggests that the Moto X30 Pro’s camera system will have three different focal lengths, which is unusual for a phone. The 35mm lens, which is as wide as it gets, will serve as the primary camera, while the 50mm telephoto lens will only provide a modest 1.4x magnification on the Moto. There will eventually be an 85mm telephoto camera.

The phone will have a 1/1.22″ sensor on its main camera, Lenovo China Mobile GM Chen Jin announced in a weibo post. The sensor size on the X30 Pro is the same as Samsung’s 200MP ISOCELL HP1, which was expected to make its debut on the X30 Pro for a while. However, it is smaller than the 1-inch sensor on the Xiaomi 12S Ultra, which was just released.

The Moto X30 Pro is set to come out later this month, and it seems likely that it will be the first smartphone with a 200MP main camera. According to rumors, the Motorola Frontier will have a 200MP ISOCELL HP1 sensor from Samsung that can take still photos with a resolution of 12.5 MP or 50 MP and can record 8K video at 30 frames per second. A curved 6.67-inch OLED panel with a refresh rate of 144Hz is reportedly included with the Frontier. A 4,500 mAh battery with wired 125W fast charging and a 60MP selfie camera are also mentioned.
