WhatsApp finally brings admin delete message feature: Check out it now!

WhatsApp is the most popular instant messaging app in India. Every now and then, new features are added to the Meta-owned app, which improve how you use the platform. According to WABetainfo, WhatsApp is working on a feature that will allow group admins in a WhatsApp group to delete messages for everyone.

According to a screenshot provided by WABetainfo, if you are the administrator of a WhatsApp group, you will have the option to erase any member’s messages. Remember, this feature has been speculated for a while, but now we can see what it might look like.

The message’s deletion will be visible to every member of the group. After you delete a message or messages from the group as an admin, you will be able to view the “You deleted this message as admin” note.

“As the chat’s administrator, you are deleting the message for the entire group.” They’ll be able to tell that you removed the message. This function might be used occasionally to manage group activity. With this capability, admins might also be held responsible in the case of any significant issues. The control over the information shared in the WhatsApp group will increase for admins.

Although WhatsApp has not yet confirmed this feature, WABetainfo reports that if you are a beta tester, you may already have it. Try removing any incoming messages as an admin to see whether you have access to this capability. It would be fantastic if you could remove incoming messages.

Do not worry if you are unable to delete incoming messages; this may be made available to you soon. WhatsApp is testing it out with a small number of users, so you should count yourself lucky if you get this function.
