A few days ago, the website tweeted It said, “WhatsApp beta for Android is developing the option to setup an avatar to serve as a profile photo.” Users of WhatsApp will soon have the option to use an avatar as their mask when making video calls on the service.

According to the report, “Customizing it will allow you to select the ideal avatar for you.” You may also select the backdrop colour that will be used for the profile picture. The ability to customise the avatar profile photo will be accessible on the WhatsApp beta for iOS and Desktop beta as well, despite the screenshot being from the WhatsApp beta for Android. ”
Though it has been in development for a while, the functionality has not yet been made available to regular users. Additionally, both the iOS and Android platforms should support the feature.
