
Following rumors, Xiaomi has confirmed the release of the Xiaomi 13 series—the Xiaomi 13 and Xiaomi 13 Pro—as well as the MIUI 14 on December 1st in China. The teaser image depicts the Xiaomi 13’s flat screen and the Xiaomi 13 Pro’s curved screen. Both will have a metal frame, just like their predecessors.

Xiaomi also confirmed that the Xiaomi 13’s flat screen will feature a custom high-end OLED panel with 1.61 mm bezels on all sides. According to the teaser, the phones will have Leica optics.
Xiaomi has already confirmed the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 for its next flagship, the Xiaomi 13 and 13 Pro. According to previous rumors, the Xiaomi 13 will have a 6.2-inch FHD+ 120Hz OLED screen, while the Pro version may have a 6.7-inch Samsung 2K E6 AMOLED curved screen with a narrower frame than the Xiaomi 12 Pro.
The Xiaomi 13 Pro is said to have a 1-inch Sony IMX989 sensor, while the Xiaomi 13 has a 50-megapixel Sony IMX8 series main rear camera with OIS.
