Xiaomi is gearing up to introduce its Xiaomi Pad 6 Max 14″ model in China, coinciding with the Xiaomi MIX Fold 3 launch on August 14th. This announcement follows the earlier release of the Xiaomi Pad 6 earlier this year.
Xiaomi has drawn comparisons between the Pad Max 14″ and laptops, as well as the Xiaomi Pad 6 featuring an 11″ screen. The Pad 6 Max boasts a significant 62% larger 14-inch display compared to the 11-inch screen on the Pad 6.
While detailed specifications remain undisclosed, a previous Geekbench listing uncovered its Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, identical to the Pad 6 Pro. The tablet is also expected to sport 12GB of RAM and run Android 13. Notably, the device is likely to support 67W fast charging, as indicated by its 3C listing.
Leaked images reveal dual rear cameras and the inclusion of a ToF sensor for depth sensing and 3D modeling. Additionally, reports suggest the tablet will incorporate a ToF sensor on the front for accurate face mapping and the ability to automatically pause content via eye detection.
As the official unveiling approaches next week, more comprehensive details about the Xiaomi Pad 6 Max 14″ are expected to surface.
